The Customer can purchase the products on www.almaremma.it via PayPal or using your VISA, Mastercard or Maestro credit or debit card, as indicated in the purchase procedure.

All prices include VAT.

RESPONSIBILITY

Light Torracchi assumes no responsibility for disruptions attributable to fortuitous events and/or force majeure, or in any case not attributable to the Seller, such as, by way of example, accidents, explosions, fires, strikes and/or lockouts, earthquakes, floods and other similar events which prevent, in whole or in part, the execution of the contract within the agreed timeframes.

Light Torracchi will not be liable towards any party or third party for damages, losses and costs incurred as a result of the failure to execute the contract for the reasons mentioned above, the customer being only entitled to the refund of the price paid.

Delivery will be made on behalf of Light Torracchi by couriers and/or freight forwarders within the ordinary timeframes necessary for them.

CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS

Minors are prohibited from placing an order on the Site.

The data entered during the purchase phase must be exclusively your real personal data and not those of third parties, or fictitious. Light Torracchi reserves the right to legally pursue any violation and abuse, in the interest and for the protection of all consumers.

The customer lifts Light Torracchi from any liability arising from the issuing of incorrect tax documents due to errors relating to the data provided by the customer, the customer being solely responsible for their correct entry.

WARRANTY

On the site www.almaremma.it only quality products are on sale, the methods of storage, handling and transport are such as to preserve the good characteristics of the product. SHIPPING

Our shipments are guaranteed throughout the national territory.

We work to guarantee you a service that is as punctual and above all safe as possible.

The customer is required to verify, upon receipt, the conformity of the product delivered to him with the order placed; only after this verification, and obviously except for the right of withdrawal provided for in the following point, the customer must sign the documents of receipt of the goods.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

To the customer of www.almaremma.it who acts as a Consumer is granted the right to withdraw from the contract, as provided for by the Consumer Code. It should be noted that this right is reserved only for natural persons, i.e. those private consumers who act for purposes outside their profession. There is no right of withdrawal for legal and natural persons who act, in reference to the purchase contract, in a professional context.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer who has made a purchase must communicate to the e-mail address info@almaremma.it the desire to withdraw from the purchase within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of receipt of the products sent by www.almaremma.it.

Once the communication has been received, customer service www.almaremma.it will quickly contact the customer to inform him of the methods of returning the purchased goods. Once the instructions have been received, the customer must promptly ship the goods, taking care to carefully package the goods, where possible by placing them in an external box, avoiding damaging the original packaging with adhesive tape, labels, etc. The product must be returned intact in the original packaging complete with all its parts and accessories, including any gifts received.

Shipping costs and responsibility for the goods during shipping, as required by law, are the responsibility of the customer: it is therefore advisable to insure the products during shipping with the chosen courier. In the event of transport damage occurring during the return, Light Torracchi will communicate the fact to the Customer within five working days of receiving the goods, allowing him to file a complaint with the courier used for transport. The damaged goods will be made available for return and the request for withdrawal will be simultaneously cancelled.

After receiving the goods in the warehouse Light Torracchi will verify its integrity and/or any defects that were the cause of the return. In the event of finding any damage that does not compromise the use of the product or tampering with the original packaging (not due to transport) or the lack of the packaging itself, Light Torracchi a percentage equal to a maximum of 20% of the value of the asset will be retained, attributable to restoration costs.

Except for any costs of restoration for ascertained damages, Light Torracchi will refund the entire amount of the purchased item within 30 days, excluding shipping costs, using the same method used for payment.

The right of withdrawal is completely forfeited if the products are returned:

  • damaged (for reasons other than transport)
  • incomplete, meaning missing parts, accessories, boxes, etc.
