Almaremma represents much more than a simple craft beer brand; it is a story that comes from afar, deeply intertwined with the territory of Maremma Tuscany. The name “Alma” is not only a reference to quality, but also a vital part of the history of the village of Capalbio, still alive in the work of the family of Chiara Torracchi. Together with Andrea Lelli, have turned a dream into reality: producing a top quality craft beer, completely natural, with a unique and unmistakable flavour, capable of telling, sip after sip, the territory in which it is born.
Our dream has come true: to produce a craft beer that represents Maremma, with its authentic flavors and extraordinary beauty. Each bottle of Almaremma tells the story of our love for this land.
Alongside the main agricultural and agritourism activity, our farm brewery it has harmoniously integrated with theFarmhouse Podere San Biagio. Here, six apartments equipped with every comfort welcome guests in the tranquility of the Tuscan countryside, at the foot of the renowned Capalbio and near Borgo Carige.
Situated in an enchanting position, facing the Tyrrhenian Sea and surrounded by rolling hills, Almaremma has made beer production an art. We follow with meticulous care every phase of the production process, from growing barley to bottling, blending history and tradition with the generosity of the surrounding nature. Our beer stands out for its refined taste, complex aromas and distinctive notes of its different varieties.
The barley used in our beers comes directly from the fields surrounding the company, giving each sip a strong and authentic character. This bond with the territory allows our beer to tell a unique story, made of tradition, innovation and a deep love for the Maremma.
